The design of this villa is amazing.
The flow of the rooms is very special.
The villa is extremely light and airy with many doors opening to the very alluring grounds and the huge first-floor terrace. The villa is very well presented over three floors and offers unique living space.
The ground floor is comprised of a huge, contemporary entrance hall with a magnificent staircase leading upstairs, an vast living space with extremely relaxing furniture and an open plan modern kitchen and dining area which also opens to a covered alfresco dining area.
The kitchen is very well fitted and includes a wine cooler and a breakfast bar.
There is a separate utility room with laundry facilities.
The large TV in the living area has Sky channels for your enjoyment.
Two sets of patio doors open to the covered terrace with outdoor lounge furniture and views of the swimming pool. Three of the six bedrooms are also situated on the ground floor.
All are very roomy with luxurious beds.
Two are twins with ensuite bathrooms and patio doors to the gardens and terraces.
One has a bath with overhead shower and the other a shower.
The last bedroom is also a twin, and this has use of the WC in the entrance hall.
Some of the twin beds are next to each other forming huge beds.
On the first floor, there are two spectacular bedrooms.
One has a kingsize bed, and the other twin beds and both have immaculate ensuite bathrooms with showers.
The bedrooms have access to the large shared terrace which overlooks the pool and gardens as well as having fabulous views of the golf course and lake beyond.
The terrace has outdoor furniture, so it is the perfect place for an early evening drink or morning cup of coffee.
The remaining bedroom is another twin which is situated on the lower ground floor.
It has two windows giving a lot of natural light.
There is a shower room for this bedroom as well as a second living room with a TV, DVD player and DVDs.
This is a great room for youngsters to enjoy their own space.
There is also a table tennis table in the garage for their enjoyment.
The villa is very private and enjoys a very unique, well-preserved garden.
There are lush lawns, vibrant plants, mature trees and an excellent 10m x 5m swimming pool.
