Nestled in a totally quiet and serene location, this villa is a totally modern property with beautiful views across the Algarve coast!

The interiors have the clear hallmarks of a recent renovation, with marble floors, intricate details and unique architecture throughout.
You are welcomed by a wonderful entrance hall, from which you can access the rest of the home.
The main living room enjoys a wall of glass doors along one side, allowing the warm glow of Algarve sunshine to stream through the interiors.
There are two large sofas in front of the Satellite TV, with both national and international channels, and there is a second living area with a whole circle of cushioned seats around a traditional fireplace.
There is a large, fully-equipped kitchen for plenty of chefs to get involved with meal prep, with a large central island and a breakfast bar, and the dining room has a table for eight people and is equipped with air conditioning.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

Each of the four bedrooms demonstrates this same loving attention to detail, with ornate lighting and décor, gorgeous sets of furniture and of course, splendidly bright and welcoming spaces.
There are three double rooms and one twin room, with two on each floor.
The master-bedroom occupies most of the first-floor, with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a vast bathtub for soothing away your stress.
Each of the four bathrooms is superbly styled, some with a huge walk-in shower.

On the veranda you are met by a huge sociable seating area, with a large sofa around a central coffee table, perfect for the whole group to gather together.
The large heated pool, at 10 by 5 meters, is an ideal central hang-out spot, with a row of loungers to one side for a little sunbathing, and a magnificent alfresco dining area to the other side, on the perfectly manicured lawn.
With only the forested hill-side around you, you will find complete privacy in this enclosed villa, making it a great spot for calm relaxation.
In addition, there are plenty of parking places inside the property, so you won’t have any worries about the cars.

You are also just 20 minutes from the vibrant town of Faro and 25 minutes from the beach! And while you are very near to the action of the Vale do Lobo resort, the location remains calm and quiet, making it ideal for a little outdoor activity, be that a peaceful stroll or even a bike ride.

1000EUR / GBP PER BOOKING:
Paid to the owner twelve weeks prior to arrival by Credit Card / Bank Transfer or Cash on Arrival.
The property owner/Management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your Breakage Deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the Breakage Deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
