Also on this floor are five bedrooms.
Four bedrooms feature double beds, with two having an ensuite bathroom or shower room each.

The fifth bedroom has twin beds and enjoys beautiful views over the outside space.
There is a family bathroom with shower and bathtub for use by all guests.

To the first floor is a bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub.
There is also a double sofa bed and two extra beds for children available upon request.

On the lower floor there is a fabulous games room with table football and table tennis.
A bar provides the chance to enjoy your favourite tipple as you play games or relax on the sofa.

You can then have a meal at the dining table that seats up to eight people.
A bathroom with a shower is a convenient feature for when you have spent a long day in the garden or out sightseeing and just want to freshen up.

Outside are terraces with outdoor furniture that provide the chance to enjoy alfresco meals or to simply soak up the views.
The lawned gardens feature a private swimming pool, a selection of sun loungers and a built-in barbecue.

Mandatory Breakage
1000EUR / GBP PER BOOKING:
Paid to the owner twelve weeks prior to arrival by Credit Card / Bank Transfer or Cash on Arrival.
The property owner/Management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your Breakage Deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the Breakage Deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
