The middle floor has 2 main lounge areas, dining room, and kitchen area with all appliances. There is a dining area outside also on the terrace perfect for entertaining. The study can be used as an extra bedroom if needed so you can maximise for booking for the entire family.

The lower ground floor has the remaining bedrooms which all have en-suite shower rooms. They are twin rooms and an extra bed can be made up in the additional space on the lower ground. There is also a pool table and bar area downstairs.

Caterers can be asked in for special nights for the entire family *please ask in advance for this service. Perfect for families or large groups who enjoy golf, with restaurants, bars all within walking distance.

Fuengirola is the closest town for entertainment and is only a 10 minute drive away giving you access to the beautiful beaches, water parks, zoo and shopping centre.

1000 GBP/EUR PER BOOKING:

It is paid to the owner twelve weeks before arrival by bank transfer, credit card, or cash.

The property owner/management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your breakage deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the breakage deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
