Cosmic Villas is delighted to present this luxurious detached six-bedroom villa with a separate apartment. The property sleeps 12 people in total, however there is an option to increase this to 15 people if required, on special request.

There is a delightful private pool and you are able to pay extra for it to be heated if needed (although this is not available, not necessary in the summer).

The villa is fully air conditioned and also has Wi-Fi access & UK TV channels. There are a total of six bedrooms and six bathrooms, of which five bedrooms are en-suite. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is an open plan lounge and dining room, again with stunning views to the golf course.

The spacious terrace around the pool has amazing views overlooking the Los Olivos golf course, the Mijas Costa coastline and the mountain range. There is a BBQ for guests to use and a large garden with sun loungers. There is also private parking outside the main entrance.

The outside area also has an undercover gym, including an exercise bike, free weights, a bench and a plasma TV. As if that wasn’t enough, the outside area also has an undercover games area with pool table, dartboard and a small children's table tennis set.

Mandatory Breakage

1000 GBP/EUR PER BOOKING:

It is paid to the owner twelve weeks before arrival by bank transfer, credit card, or cash.

The property owner/management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your breakage deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the breakage deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
