Though tucked away in the countryside, it is still easy to visit spectacular beaches, the famed party beach clubs and the island’s fabulous and diverse capital, Ibiza Town.

San Rafael is dominated by a late 18th-century church and boasts impressive views of Ibiza Town. Foodies can enjoy culinary karma at the string of restaurants, and creatives will be delighted by the beautiful handmade ceramics and pottery on sale.

San Rafael has been declared the only artisan zone in Ibiza. Santa Gertrudis, likewise, has an excellent choice of restaurants and bars and is steeped in tradition with charming whitewashed houses, a gorgeous central plaza and a Bohemian style of living with many artists, and sculptors and musicians making it their home.

As soon as you arrive at the villa, you will be wowed by the incredible gardens and the imposing entrance with double aspects and dazzling light. A grand sweeping staircase takes you to the upper level, and there is open access to the massive reception room, offering versatile chill-out and entertaining space.

Swanky sofas on various levels offer superb, modern comfort where you can enjoy the mammoth television and the console DJ audio system. The dining area is brilliant and leads to the slick, glossy kitchen with every appliance you could wish for. It also offers a good breakfast bar and filtered drinking water. The villa is full of exciting artworks which will catch your eye. There are a guest bathroom and a laundry room on this level.

The villa boasts six incredibly spacious bedrooms sleeping up to 12 guests. The master bedroom suite offers a kingsize bed, access to a lovely private terrace with incredible garden views and a shared luxury bathroom including a romantic sunken jacuzzi bath and shower with bedroom 2. Bedroom 2 has the option of twin beds or a king bed with the beds next to each other, terrace access with garden views and a shared bathroom with the master.

There are three further bedrooms in the main house with kingsize beds that boast immaculate, modern en-suite bathrooms with both baths and showers. The sixth bedroom is a separate guest house. It has a beautiful en-suite bathroom and a kingsize bed. The villa also has some staff accommodation if required.

The landscaped gardens are incredible, with majestic palms, colourful bougainvillaea, and Mediterranean plants and shrubs interspersed with the occasional eastern mysticism accent. The evening lighting highlights its charms all the more. There is a petanque court and a volleyball court.

The impressive 14m x 6m swimming pool is surrounded by exquisite sun loungers, dreamy double day beds and parasols. An external bathroom is complete with a shower and a fully integrated outdoor kitchen and dining area for up to 20 people.

The outdoor kitchen features an oven, fridge, and barbecue, and there is also an alfresco bar, ideal for hot summer nights when you do not want to be inside. The alfresco chill-out lounge area is stunning. This fabulous villa is perfect for celebrations, with an alfresco dining table for ten guests outside the indoor kitchen overlooking the colourful garden. On top of everything else, the property also boasts a small, well-equipped gym for active guests.

The property owner/Management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your Breakage Deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the Breakage Deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
