The property is nestled in the hillside overlooking the much sought-after, prestigious area of Es Cubells. Es Cubells is the start of the ‘Golden Mile’ of Ibiza, where the who want to live and stay. Perched on the top of a dramatic cliff with spectacular views of Formentera, Es Cubells feels as though time doesn’t pass. It is far removed from the electric towns of Ibiza Town and San Antonio. Yet, the beauty and tranquillity of this old village very much remain.

The villa is very private and secluded, with ancient trees clinging to the hillside. Arriving through private gates, there are five parking spaces. On this level, you will be greeted with the fitness room and its en-suite bathroom and terrace.

You access the villa on the second level, which is home to 4 of the five outstanding bedrooms and the laundry room. The design and decor of this impeccable villa are deliberately minimalist. However, it is impossible to deny the serenity and simple beauty when confronted with its sheer elegance and fabulous materials. The colour accents are gorgeous and perfectly placed to make you feel joyful.

The soothing and inviting master bedroom suite is on the third level. It boasts a kingsize bed and an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower. Also on the third floor are the living spaces. The vast contemporary kitchen area offers a sublime floating kitchen island, superb built-in cupboards handcrafted from 200-year-old Canadian Barnwood and every device you can imagine to facilitate your culinary adventures.

The timeless aesthetic of these living spaces is fabulous. The tucked-away lounge area features stylish bench seating decorated with awesome colourful cushions, a large TV, fireplace and a Trompe l’eoil window view of the valley below. The minimalist seating arrangements accentuate the architectural features of this lovely room.

The living spaces lead to a gorgeous shaded terrace with a generous chill-out area and your first alfresco dining offering.

Paid to the owner twelve weeks prior to arrival by Credit Card / Bank Transfer or Cash on Arrival.
The property owner/Management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your Breakage Deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the Breakage Deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
