A staircase leads down from the entry level lounge, to a lower floor featuring an open plan lounge, games room and indoor swimming pool, complete with Jacuzzi and sauna.

Due to the design of the staircase, it does contain an open side and an open tread, so the owner would like to request that you take extra care, especially when travelling with children.

Puerto Calero itself is just a short walk away, where you will find the popular Marina and a multitude of restaurants, bars & shops! Just a few kilometres away, you will find some of the island’s most popular beach resorts.

Mandatory Breakage

1000 GBP/EUR PER BOOKING:

It is paid to the owner twelve weeks before arrival by bank transfer, credit card, or cash.

The property owner/management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your breakage deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the breakage deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
