A large kitchen is fully equipped for your use, if you decide to cook for yourselves, either choosing to dine inside, or out on the terrace, making the most of the stunning sea views. Evidently, it is the outside space that truly makes this villa special. The desirable, uninterrupted sea views bring a feeling of calm and restoration that is hard to come by. Paid to the owner twelve weeks prior to arrival by Credit Card / Bank Transfer or Cash on Arrival.
The property owner/Management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your Breakage Deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the Breakage Deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
