One terrace directly faces the garden and has an automatic louvred roof which can be manually adjusted via remote control. It will also automatically adjust in intense sun and if it rains. The other terrace is to the side of the villa and is accessible from the living room. It is undercover so can provide a cooler area to dine. There are a large dining table and 8 high-quality outdoor dining chairs as well as a gas barbecue. The stunning gardens wrap around the perimeter of the villa, and the fantastic private pool is surrounded by lawn, hedging and flower beds.
