This makes the communal spaces ideal for hanging out in all seasons. Starting with the ground floor, the open plan living and dining area are at the heart of the house. Huge comfy sofas occupy half the room, making it the perfect place to catch up over a board game or to watch some television before bed. The dining table fills the rest of the room, large enough to seat ten guests and to offer access to the patio, and it is a great spot to enjoy meals throughout the day. The kitchen flows directly on from the dining room and is stylish and modern in its design. Fully equipped to cater for all the guests, it even has a breakfast bar so you can enjoy some company whilst cooking.
