Cosmic Villas is delighted to present this comfortable holiday home that’s situated within the quiet residential area of Gotmar close to Puerto Pollensa town centre and its sandy beach.

With spacious rooms and a range of convenient, modern facilities, this villa feels like a real home away from home. It also offers plenty of extra features that make it a special place to enjoy a family holiday. Highlights include the games room in the converted garage and a lovely garden.

The living room has an abundance of natural light, with natural materials such as wood and terracotta creating a laidback feel. Several comfortable sofas sit around an attractive fireplace and a flat screen television, making it a great place to get together in the evenings. Some doors lead onto the outside space.

A separate dining room features a solid wood table that seats up to six people. Doors open onto a decked terrace with a larger dining table and a portable barbecue for enjoying al fresco meals.

There’s also some seating for just relaxing and taking in the views over the lovely garden. The fully-fitted kitchen can be found next to the dining room and has plenty of modern facilities for preparing and cooking meals with ease.

There are five bedrooms in total. The master bedroom features a four-poster bed, seating, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with double sinks. There’s also a large double bedroom and three twin bedrooms. Many have access to small balconies for starting the mornings with a breath of fresh air. All guests can use two spacious and luxurious bathrooms.

Outside, some steps take you from the decked terrace into a delightful lawned garden with a range of colourful and beautifully-scented plants and flowers. Another patio is where you will find the private pool, with several sun loungers and an outdoor shower close by.

1000GBP PER BOOKING:
Paid to the owner twelve weeks prior to arrival by Credit Card / Bank Transfer or Cash on Arrival.
The property owner/Management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your Breakage Deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the Breakage Deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
