The dark volcanic strip at Playa Fanabe contrasts beautifully with the golden sands of Playa del Duque, imported straight from the Sahara! There are plenty of waterfront restaurants and live music to sit, enjoy and watch the world go by! The Gran Sur Shopping Complex with bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket and the taxi rank is just 3 minutes walk from the villa.
This villa is smart and well maintained. With delightful, sunny decor, tiled floors and comfortable furnishings, it retains more of a traditional theme than contemporary. Located in a quiet residential area and with views of the Del Duque coastline and towards the mountains, it is very relaxing. The lounge and indoor dining area is open plan with squishy furnishings. Just off this is the well-equipped kitchen. For your enjoyment, the villa comes with a good selection of Sky channels, Netflix, Apple TV and a BlueTooth music player. The lounge leads to the excellent alfresco dining terrace with its outdoor kitchen area and plenty of parasols.
The terrace is lovely with views of the gorgeous 8m x 5m swimming pool. This is surrounded by synthetic grass for comfort and a good supply of sun loungers, as well as a useful outdoor shower. It is such a delightful area to relax in at the end of a busy day. It may be a struggle to leave sometimes!
The villa has four spacious bedrooms and three fully tiled bathrooms, 2 of which are ensuite to the two kingsize master bedrooms.
