This villa is a fantastic property located in a quiet residential district above the wonderful town of Cala Canyelles. The villa is just a short drive from a beautiful beach and boasts its very own private pool. There are fantastic areas to relax in through the day, all the while appreciating the beautiful sea view. There are three bedrooms that up to six guests can enjoy in comfort, some of which can enjoy the great views.
The villas aesthetic is traditional, it has a pastel yellow exterior and crisp white interior, complemented by large windows to enjoy the view from. The ground floor has a spacious living room with large patio doors opening to the terrace. The room includes a sofa as well as satellite television, making for a snug spot to relax in. The following room is a fully equipped kitchen, with ample room for cooking big meals and a small table to enjoy a snack from, it is a great space to make you feel at home! With a large fridge freezer and plenty of cupboards, there is certainly no need to hold back when shopping! The first of the villa’s bedrooms are on the ground floor, the master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom and even includes direct access to the terrace. Just imagine waking up and stepping into the morning light as you soak in the fantastic view, all before breakfast.
On the first floor, there is a second small living area, providing the opportunity for a little escape to read a good book or just hang out in. The space includes a small dining area for four guests and access to the terrace, so feel free to step out and enjoy the breeze at any time. The remaining two bedrooms are located on this floor; they compromise of a single bedroom and a double bedroom with an additional pull out bed.
Outside the villa makes the most of the fantastic sea view with different outdoor dining options, so enjoy al fresco meals in the shade or in the sun, all the while appreciating the peace and quiet.
