There is also a substantial farmhouse-style kitchen with ancillary rooms and an eighteen-seat dining area. All have large double-sided windows, allowing in the south-facing sun and light.
The two stories above provide seven bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The courtyard contains two further bedrooms, the studio and the cobbled room.
