Cosmic Villas is pleased to provide this lovely property, ideal for family and friend gatherings. It's as traditional as a cream tea on the grass but with a twist of modern magic!

For a week, you will feel like lords and ladies of the manor, living in the most beautiful surroundings strewn freely with antiques, sumptuous sofas, and artworks.

This magnificent Grade II listed great manor home is set on twenty acres of private gardens and forest, a few minutes from the tranquil village of Hurst Green and deep in East Sussex countryside. Thirteen guests may rest, feel like royalty, and enjoy each other's company in magnificent entertainment spaces thanks to seven fantastic bedrooms.

The property has an outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court, a games room, and a snooker room.

Hurst Green is midway between Tunbridge Wells and Hastings in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is close to the charming community of Robertsbridge, known for its 12th-century Cistercian Abbey, which is no longer visible, and its annual bonfires, which have been held since 1895.

It's a fantastic location, close to Hawkhurst, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Bewl Water, Battle, Hastings, and Rye, and only about an hour and a half from London. Explore the magnificent scenery of East Sussex and Kent, visit quaint, historic towns and villages, enjoy watersports and cycling at Bewl Water, and go to the beach.

The property is full of charm and character, thanks to vintage timber panelling, magnificent fireplaces, exquisite ceilings, and other outstanding period elements. Despite its regal appearance, its beautiful interiors are nevertheless wonderfully comfy, letting you feel immediately at ease. It is the ideal spot to bridge the generational divide, to refuel and renew.

You enter by a winding drive through dense woodland that leads to this magnificent estate. As you walk through the front door, you know you're in for a treat and that this magnificent manor house is well-loved and unique.

Its expansive entrance hall leads to a range of the most opulent reception rooms. The formal dining room is ideal for a special celebratory supper with your loved ones, with exquisite panelling, a great dining table and chairs, eye-catching artwork, and enormous windows overlooking the garden.

Another marvel is the drawing and reading room, which features elaborate panelling, a massive open fire, magnificent sofas and armchairs, and another almost-floor-to-ceiling window that brightens this characterful, engaging area.

A chef's dream kitchen is on the other side of the entrance hall. It is light and airy, with plenty of convivial room. Your chefs will appreciate cooking on the Aga, which keeps the room nice and toasty even on the chilliest of mornings.

A Gaggia coffee machine is provided in the kitchen. There is also a huge breakfast table and large windows with countryside views. Following the kitchen comes another fantastic sitting area, a beautiful bright and airy space with canary yellow tones and soft green sofas.

It's a great place to read a Christmas book or watch a movie on the big-screen television. The snooker room has stylish green walls, a massive fireplace, and an excellent snooker table for some friendly family competition.

Even the games area has a fireplace and beautiful teal tones. It has a table tennis table, a piano to tinkle the keys on, and other games.

The property has seven beautiful, well-appointed bedrooms. The master is extravagant, lavish, and enormous! It has a beautiful en-suite bathroom, a private terrace where you can relax with a glass of wine while admiring the stunning views, and a very comfortable super kingsize bed to get some serious shut-eye.

Another super kingsize room with vibrant blue soft furnishings and a well-arranged en-suite shower room is available.

Another of the bedrooms has a modest double four-poster bed appropriate for a prince or princess, as well as a stunning marble shower area.

A luxury double and a wonderful twin bedroom share a family bathroom with a large freestanding bathtub, ideal for a long indulging soak after a stroll through the countryside.

On the second floor, you'll find a lovely double room with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, another twin and a single room, and a huge family bathroom with a bath and a shower. Every room features a fantastic mix of vintage and modern decor.

Despite these beautifully distinctive interiors, the real magic is discovered outside. This sprawling estate has lovely gardens, terraces, grassland, woodland, and a huge pond. Bluebell season is really gorgeous. You will be completely alone and feel a million miles away from the noise and bustle of everyday life.

From the kitchen, French doors lead to the terrace, where you may enjoy alfresco meals or a quiet sundowner. The vistas of the East Sussex countryside are breathtaking. The 8.4m x 3.8m private swimming pool and the private tennis court are usually popular.

* Please remember that the property contains the owners' personal things. The home is offered as a vacation rental rather than a venue. During a rental, the number of guests on site cannot exceed the booking capacity.

* The property's maximum capacity, including children, is strictly 13.
