While guests will have a peaceful stay, the Georgian market town of Farnham, with its superb cafés, local shops, and supermarkets, is only a 5-minute car ride away.
The lovely home has been painstakingly modernised by its current owners to give the ideal environment for a multi-generational country vacation, comfortably accommodating up to thirteen guests over its eight well-appointed bedrooms.
The accommodation is divided between the main home and a detached three-bedroom cottage, which is excellent for grandparents or anyone looking for peace and quiet away from the rest of the group!
The ground floor of the main home provides ample entertaining area, with an elegant sitting room, formal dining room with marble fireplace, and cosy snug; there is plenty of room for the group to get together and socialise in the evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare great meals. There is also a relaxed breakfast eating space that goes through to the light conservatory. The five bedrooms are upstairs, including a super-king master suite and five double rooms.
Guests in these rooms can access a fantastic family bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, a family shower room, and a convenient cloakroom. In addition, the comfortable cottage has a second living room and kitchen, three additional double bedrooms, and a family bathroom. Outside, the entire family will enjoy Summer afternoons swimming in the pool or competing on the tennis court!
Although the pool is closed in the autumn and winter, the tennis court, indoor gym room, and games section with table tennis and table football are open all year.
There are magnificent fall and winter hikes in the neighbouring forests. The whole family may relax in the pleasant living room close to the fire with a great collection of board games.
