UK5015
This Grade II listed manor home in Landscove, Devon's South Hams, is offered through Cosmic Villas.

The residence has eight beautiful suites for sixteen guests. The Barns provide six beautiful cottages and suites and eight luxurious couch beds for twelve more guests. The home and stables can sleep 36 lucky visitors.

It's perfect for a party, reunion, or corporate function. The estate's stunning glass-roofed barn can seat up to 180 guests, making weddings popular.

The home and barns pamper guests with Italian marble bathrooms, egg-shaped freestanding baths, showers, Molton Brown amenities, fine beds, rich living spaces, and gorgeous surroundings.

A lake, stream, and exquisite pool are set on several hundred acres of gorgeous countryside. Breakfast and dinner are plentiful, as are activities and excursions.

The estate has a fantastic location three miles from Dartmoor and eight miles from the coast. Buckfastleigh, a charming Devon town with great cafes, restaurants, shopping, and the South Devon Railway, which runs steam trains through the River Dart valley to Totnes, is nearby.

Buckfast Abbey, Totnes Rare Breeds Farm, Agatha Christie's Greenway House, Dartinghall Garden, Becky Falls in Dartmoor, and the beautiful seaside resorts of Paignton, Salcombe, Torquay, Brixham, Hope Cove, Slapton, and Dartmouth are nearby attractions. Beautiful villages, kilometres of great walking, and river adventures are between those.

The 1840 house is surrounded by beautiful scenery. Its individuality and breathtaking allusions to the past have been elegantly, thoughtfully restored and rebuilt to offer luxurious rooms.

The living spaces are vibrant and colourful, while the bedrooms are elegant and romantic. All places are built for space and entertainment. The late 1700s Barns are much older.

Like the manor house, they were rebuilt and built of Devon and Cornish stone. The barns were a dairy farm with a magnificent courtyard.

The barns have hand-sawn timbers, beautiful rafters and purlins, and many dairy elements from the past two centuries. It's a great mix of old and new.

Guests are treated in modern, raw interiors. Many cottages and apartments have elegant kitchens and can be arranged to suit guests.

The estate includes the manor house, stables, a renovated "Nissen Hut" from World War II, the Dairy Kitchen, which may be utilised for events like cuisine lessons and demonstrations or as a support for outside catering or private chefs, and the Glasshouse, which can seat up to 180 guests for dinner.

Exhibitions and business events are perfect. The manor house conservatory holds 24 people.

The house is great for parties. The renovations included upscale hotel rooms with luxurious furnishings, art, and artefacts. A stylish drawing room, reading room, dining room, superb open-plan kitchen, family area, and conservatory are all on the ground level.

The drawing and reading rooms are comparable in size and have atmospheric feature fireplaces, one with blue and white colours and the other with rich red to complement the intricate wooden furniture. Exposed stone walls and vintage furniture make the dining room charming.

The wraparound kitchen, conservatory, and family area provide a cosy country environment. The chef's dream kitchen has ivory cabinets, a vast professional range cooker, two fridges, two freezers, two dishwashers, four ovens, and an extra-long island.

It connects to the bright conservatory and is very social. A farmhouse table and chairs, a modern log-burning stove, and tonnes of stone and wood are here. This area opens to the family room with its modern sofa, chairs, and vintage artefacts. Beautiful gardens.

The top floor has three bedrooms, and the second floor has five. The bedrooms are lovely with painted wooden floors, opulent, hand-carved beds, clean white quality linens, chosen vintage furniture, and fascinating artefacts. Some bedrooms have fireplaces.

The first bedroom has a super king-size bed, a two-person bath, and a wet room shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and a trundle bed. Its shower is en-suite.

Bedroom three's extra-large four-poster bed and en-suite with a two-person bath and wet room shower are romantic. The fourth bedroom has a four-poster bed and en-suite shower. A kingsized bed graces the first floor's last bedroom.

A beautiful spiral staircase leads to its second-floor shower. Bedroom six is popular. Its beams, exposed stone and brick arches, and standalone bath and wet room give it individuality. Luxurious jumbo kingsize bed.

The junior suite master has a sitting area. Again, it has an excellent super kingsize bed, an egg-shaped freestanding bath in the centre of the room under the prominent ceiling structure, and a wet room shower. You won't want to leave this suite—divine! it's

The last bedroom is another beauty with rafters, exposed stone, a kingsized sleigh bed, and beautiful linens. No room will disappoint!

Each of the four barns has a modern kitchen and underfloor heating. New York studio rather than Devon Barn. With beams and stonework, the buildings have several charming accommodations.

The first cottage has a great flow and evocative arched ceilings. It has a beautiful four-poster bed with a double bath, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a cosy living and dining area, a sofa bed that sleeps two, and a lovely patio.

The second unit adjoins the first. A wall of glass extends to a patio in this stunning studio. It has a small kitchenette, a parlour with a sofabed, and a gorgeous bedroom with a freestanding bath and en-suite shower.

Another one-bedroom cottage on the other side of the courtyard has an enormous four-poster bed under original beamed ceilings, a modern en-suite bathroom with a two-person bath and a walk-in shower, and a fabulous open-plan kitchen and living space.

This cottage connects to a room with twin trundle beds accommodating two to four people. The twin room connects to the barn room, with a super king-size bed, a two-person bath, and a wet area.

The last lodging is a spacious studio cottage with great amenities. It used to house the bulls in winter but now has a great living, dining, kitchen, and sleeping room with a kingsized sleigh bed, sofabed, dining table, and modern kitchen. Vast and accessible bathroom. The barns are well-designed for flexibility.

Amazing grounds. There are protected alfresco sitting spaces, magnificently manicured borders, lush lawns, secluded corners, a wonderful lily pond with permanent occupants, a family of moorhens and lots of frogs, alfresco dining, and a fabulous pool overlooking the pond.

Eco-friendly heating keeps the pool open year-round. The old oak meadow, lake, beautiful vegetation, and towering trees surround this. The field is ideal for a marquee or picnic.

Excellent walking routes and vistas! The barn courtyard is gated and enclosed, perfect for kids. The patio has excellent furnishings for guests to relax with a drink and see the unique artefacts and charming atmosphere.

The dairy herd left a few years ago, yet this luxury makes it hard to believe.
