It is a one-of-a-kind, clifftop, opulent holiday property with exceptional living and bedroom areas, a superb indoor heated swimming pool complex, lovely grounds, and some of the best views in Felixstowe. It's difficult to beat, and your four-legged companions will love it.
The property has seven fantastic bedrooms, including a custom-made children's bedroom with two bunk beds. Two bedrooms include a Jack and Jill bathroom, but every other has a beautiful en-suite bathroom.
You will not be bored with the pool complex, a movie room, and a snooker room with a full-sized table.
The house is a remarkable example of late Victorian architecture and one of the most beautiful beach residences in the area. Its prominent hilltop location affords spectacular, unobstructed sea views from its walled gardens and several rooms.
Before earning the award, the property was extensively renovated and now offers tasteful flair, elegance, and plenty of character. With the property spread across three storeys, every room is incredibly spacious.
The genuinely impressive indoor swimming pool complex, a popular site, is located on the lowest floor. In addition to the creatively designed pool, guests can access a relaxing sauna, a wet room for changing and showering, and a heated bench to rest and enjoy the sea views.
The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area are similarly excellent, with a fantastic flow between the various sections. The kitchen is handcrafted with a mix of marble and wood countertops. The huge central island is a focal point, with five plush stools at the breakfast bar. This is an excellent area for guests to drink cold glasses of wine while keeping your group's chefs company.
There are three sinks, two of which have Quooker boiling water taps and waste disposal units, a De Longhi coffee machine with a milk frother, a three-oven gas AGA, an induction hob, microwave, fan oven and warming drawer, dishwasher, drinks fridge, another huge fridge, cafetiere, and a larder cupboard, and a larder cupboard.
There is also a hidden back galley kitchen with a dishwasher, another fridge, freezers with an ice-making drawer, another sink, and storage cupboards. What a treat to be able to cook in this incredible kitchen! Maybe you should hire a private chef for some of your meals? The dining room is equally bright and lovely, bathed in natural light and boasting an attractive parquet floor with seating for twelve.
The stunning bay windows overlook the sea, and the doors lead to the patio. On cold nights, light the gas, flame effect fire. The opulent living room has gorgeous white and moss-green sofas and chairs.
Guests can listen to music on the Sonos stereo speakers or watch a movie on the smart television. Another gas, flame effect fire, is available for pleasant evenings, as is an electronic keyboard for additional amusement.
As if these lovely areas weren't enough, Felixstowe House also has a beautiful day room with sumptuous furnishings, a gas, flame effect fire, a small bar with a fridge and drinks cabinet, and bi-fold doors leading to the terrace. The lovely rug gives lovely small colour pops to the creamy tones.
The day room leads to the ultra-impressive snooker room, which features a full-sized snooker table, feature fireplace, and occasional chairs. Even this space has personality and style! The garden and swimming pool views will capture you while you wait for your shot.
The movie room, located off the main entrance hall, is ideal for a movie night. It has a huge wall-mounted smart TV with SkyQ, a Blu-ray DVD player, and surround sound. You can relax on the larger corner sofa and occasional chairs, and the wood-burning stove will add to the atmosphere. A washing room and two cloakrooms are also located on the ground level.
A magnificent staircase leads upstairs to the bedrooms and several more communal facilities, such as a library, a game area, and a study. The seven bedrooms are located throughout the first and second levels. They are all wonderfully completed, allowing magnificent rooms to sleep like kings.
The Captain's Cabin is the main bedroom suite, a stunning, beautifully lit space with an elevated sleeping platform for the opulent super kingsize bed. There is also a sitting room, a workstation, and an intelligent television. The master dressing space includes a centre island, a dressing table, wardrobes, and a Juliette balcony with sea views.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a bath with a hand-held shower, his and her basins, and electric underfloor heating. You will undoubtedly stay in this impressive suite!
Quarter Deck has a zip and link bed that may be configured as a super-king or twin bed. This lovely room has a feature fireplace and access to the Jack and Jill en-suite bathroom. Brig, the children's room with bespoke, built-in bunk beds sleeping four, shares the bathroom. It's such a wonderful place, and it's sure to be the setting for midnight feasts and lots of chuckles!
Lazarette also has a zip and link bed and an en-suite bathroom with a beautiful roll-top bath and a shower.
Finally, Bridge, with its super kingsize bed, living area with a smart television, en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath and a walk-in shower, and stunning sea and garden views, is located on this floor.
The second floor has the game room, which includes comfortable beanbags and an Xbox and Playstation, and is where your teens will most likely be found if they are not in the pool. The final two bedrooms, Crows Nest and Forecastle are separated by a study space.
Crows Nest features a king-size bed, a balcony with spectacular sea views, a fireplace, and an en-suite shower room.
Forecastle has a super kingsize bed, occasional chairs, an en-suite shower room, and an archway leading to a dressing area. You might need to be careful not to get lost in this magnificent home!
The beautiful gardens on the property do not disappoint. The gardens enjoy complete solitude and welcome tranquillity with breathtaking, panoramic sea views. The elevated patio features an excellent gas BBQ for alfresco eating, outdoor furnishings and luxurious loungers.
The play area's slide, swings, and climbing frame are popular with children. The home offers immediate access to a path going to the coastal promenade, which has some pubs and restaurants flanking the walk.

It is paid to the owner twelve weeks before arrival by bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
The property owner/management will be responsible for holding and returning your breakage deposit. It shall have the right to deduct from the breakage deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property, any item in it, or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
