This coastal getaway, which was recently renovated, has been ideally created to accommodate both groups of families, friends, and golf enthusiasts! Guests can expect a fantastic blend of contemporary design; cosy features are peppered throughout the home, sophisticated finishes and a plethora of technology.
The interior is stunning, with a contemporary open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining space on the ground floor. With lots of space to entertain in style. The well-equipped kitchen has plenty of counter space, making it ideal for meal preparation. There are six en-suite bedrooms in the home. Three of them are on the ground floor.
The extensive leisure room is at the opposite end of the home. The room has extra seating, a giant flat-screen TV, and a pool table. Not to mention easy access to the expansive outside terrace and enclosed swimming pool.

Many nearby attractions include the Sandwich Bay Bird Observatory, Dover Castle, Howletts Wild Animal Park, and the White Cliffs of Dover. There are also many fantastic beach towns like Deal, Broadstairs, Ramsgate, Margate, and Whitstable.

Mandatory Breakage
1000 GBP PER BOOKING:
It is paid to the owner twelve weeks before arrival by bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
The property owner/management will be responsible for holding and returning your breakage deposit. It shall have the right to deduct from the breakage deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property, any item in it, or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
