The quiet and privacy of the property are instantly apparent as you drive up the long driveway, creating a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of space for a significant family holiday. On-site amenities include a heated indoor pool, a gym, and a gaming area.

The traditional house has a comfortable and cosy interior with African artwork and furnishings that pay homage to the owners' background.

There are plenty of areas to relax on the ground floor, but the show's star has to be the gorgeous, south-facing conservatory.

You'll want to spend all your time here, settling into the enormous soft sofas and enjoying the thriving local animals right outside, with panoramic views of the lovely surroundings.

The cosy kitchen has an AGA and an electric oven, making it ideal for cooking a feast. The adjacent breakfast room overlooks the groomed grounds. French patio doors open into an alfresco dining space for use during the warmer months.

The separate dining room is ideal for nighttime entertainment, with a massive marble fireplace, rustic hardwood floors, and a wide wooden table that seats twelve comfortably.

On the first level, seven bedrooms may accommodate up to fifteen guests. The main bedroom features a super king-size bed and an ensuite shower area. Four more huge bedrooms are available, three super kings and one king. The fourth room is a huge twin with two single beds, and the fifth room is ideal for youngsters, with bunk beds and a single bed, as well as books and toys.

Aside from the bedrooms, there's a charming family bathroom with a traditional roll-top bathtub and an additional upstairs shower room with modern furnishings.

The heated indoor pool, the steam room to unwind in after your morning laps, is a fantastic delight! The well-equipped gym is in the external barns, so you'll have no excuse to keep up your fitness programme while on vacation! There's also a games room with plenty to keep the kids busy.

The grounds, which include formal gardens, grassland, and woodlands, are bordered by 800 acres of gorgeous farmland, providing complete peace and solitude.

You'll be entirely immersed in the picturesque Norfolk countryside, with a wildflower meadow to the south of the grounds and a forest to the west.

For larger groups, an additional beautiful barn (UK5038) is available. The barn sleeps four guests, making it ideal for family or friends who want to join you on your trip!

Mandatory Breakage
1000 GBP PER BOOKING:

It is paid to the owner twelve weeks before arrival by bank transfer, credit card, or cash.

The property owner/management will be responsible for holding and returning your breakage deposit. It shall have the right to deduct from the breakage deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property, any item in it, or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
