The property is in the picturesque village of Southend, between Henley-on-Thames and the famed filming village of Hambleden. Suppose you wish to venture a bit further. In that case, it is a perfect location to visit the Chiltern Hills, Oxford, Thame, and the magnificent Cotswolds.

You will be surrounded by nature and plentiful wildlife. You will have the opportunity to spend time in the famous 13th-century market town of Henley, bobbing around on the river or visiting tucked-away towns, chalk-fed streams, ancient woods, superb scenery, and unique attractions. Henley is located on a beautiful stretch of the Thames, with lovely hikes and numerous festivals.

The Henley Royal Regatta is the world's most famous regatta and a highlight on the English sporting calendar. This lovely town was featured in the BBC series Midsomer Murders, and it even has its own gin, Mr Hobbs Gin.

The Chiltern Hills are a region of Outstanding Natural Beauty that offers gorgeous undulating scenery and delightful serenity.

The house is a luxuriously big country retreat where you can socialise and unwind elegantly. The entire property has been remodelled to provide luxury sleeping and living rooms. The most excellent fixtures, fittings, and significant contemporary colour schemes have been employed.

You will discover gorgeous freestanding baths with glorious views of the gardens and hills, a chef’s dream of a kitchen, numerous lounge and dining spaces and beautiful outdoor furnishings. The gorgeous orangery is a fabulous spot that enjoys the sun streaming through its gleaming white furniture.

There is a contemporary log burner for chilly evenings that adds a crackling atmosphere, plus an office space should you need to catch up on some emails.

Mandatory Breakage
1000 GBP PER BOOKING:

It is paid to the owner twelve weeks before arrival by bank transfer, credit card, or cash.

The property owner/management will be responsible for holding and returning your breakage deposit. It shall have the right to deduct from the breakage deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property, any item in it, or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
