Cosmic Villas is delighted to present this wonderful country-style home accommodating ten guests across its five double bedrooms.
The villa overlooks one of the fantastic golf courses at the Reunion Resort, offering a pretty outlook for your stay. With its private pool, guest house and beautiful interior, the villa is an incredible place to spend your holidays while in Florida.
When you arrive, the villa’s front door opens into a large open-plan living area. This grand space has a warm décor with leather sofas and warm cream walls that create a relaxing atmosphere.
The substantial patio doors flood the room with light and offer a glimpse of the attractive views at the villa’s back. This open-plan space is shared with the kitchen and dining room.
The fully-equipped kitchen furthers the warm atmosphere, feeling like the heart of the home, with the other living spaces flowing around it. Offering plenty of space, you can cook huge meals for the whole group, dining together at the adjacent dining table.
For a more formal setting, a separate dining room is also more traditional and sophisticated in its décor, with a rich wooden table lit by a chandelier – perfect for a celebration!
If you are spending a cosy night as a family, then the villa’s TV room is an excellent retreat from the open spaces on the ground floor.
The TV room has a large comfortable sofa facing the television with a huge coffee table that fits all the snacks needed for a lazy evening in!
For a more immersive movie-watching experience, the upstairs living room has more seating and a projector for a little cinematic luxury.
The first bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, with a further three on the first floor. Each bedroom has its own en-suite and is beautifully furnished with large beds and the same traditional décor.
Some of the upstairs bedrooms offer access to the balcony with the fantastic views that go with it, the perfect spot to enjoy a hot morning coffee as the first of the golfers makes their way around.
The final bedroom is located in the guest house and offers complete privacy with a separate entrance from the main building.
Outside, there are the options of the shaded dining area with a summer kitchen and barbecue, or one of the sun loungers to enjoy the hot sun! Be sure to make the most of the private pool and its attached spa, the perfect way to cool down after a bit of sun-worshipping.
