The ground floor consists of a spacious open plan living and dining room and a modern well equipped kitchen with everything you expect to find in a home kitchen.

The villa sleeps up to 10 people, there are 4 double bedrooms which sleep 8 and in the study you will find a sofa bed which can be put up to accommodate a further 2 guests. Throughout the villa there are 6 bathrooms, all with either a bathtub or power shower.

There is also a lower ground floor where you will find the study, a gym and luxury sauna. This is also where the laundry room is located where you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The outdoor area boasts a large swimming pool in a lovely terrace area with sun loungers. There is also an alfresco dining area with a barbecue, perfect for those laid back evening meals or drinkgs.

Mandatory Breakage
500EUR PER BOOKING:
Paid to the owner twelve weeks prior to arrival by Credit Card / Bank Transfer or Cash on Arrival.
The property owner/Management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your Breakage Deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the Breakage Deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.

Mandatory Tourist Tax

Tourist tax (usually payable locally or included in the rental payment).
