Cosmic Villas is delighted to present this lovely villa, situated in a town called Vitalijina, amongst a collection of luxury villas with lush green surroundings offering privacy and seclusion. The villa is situated a short distance from the crystal clear blue Croatian sea.
This villa makes the ideal property for a large family or group of friends with the large choice of activities available. There is a private outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi features and an outdoor badminton court. Inside there is a pool table, darts and a PlayStation console. For those that like to spend time cooking to relax there is an outdoor and indoor stone fire and traditional bread oven.
The villa is decorated in a mixture of modern and traditional, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. In the basement there is a tavern with bar, an oven and seating. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped open plan kitchen dining room and also two separate sitting areas.
The villa sleeps 8 guests in four bedrooms and as 3 bathrooms.
On arrival at the property you will find a welcome pack which includes champagne, wine and beer and ome smoked ham, and cheese.
