This stunning villa has a rich history, and Cosmic Villas is proud to exhibit it.
The father of Dusan Popov, who was one of the most well-known double spies during World War II, originally constructed this magnificent home.
He was such a character and lived at the villa when he was a little child that he served as Ian Fleming's initial source of inspiration for the James Bond character.

The main house, which has just undergone renovation, and an attic that has been converted into a studio apartment make up the villa.
These two connected structures house a garage, a gym and health center, and a guest house with one bedroom.
In addition to this fantastic lodging, the villa also has a lot of outdoor area, including a lawn, patio, swimming pool, and outdoor dining.
The property is perfect for ten people because it has five total bedrooms.
Additionally, the unit has a sofabed that may accommodate two additional guests if needed.
