Located above the picturesque village of Conca dei Marini (halfway between Amalfi and Positano), Cosmic Villas is delighted to present this beautiful villa. It has recently been completely renovated and offers breathtaking views of the famous Amalfi Coast as far as Amalfi itself in the distance.
The property is set across three levels. The swimming pool, a shaded terrace with a dining table and plenty of space for sun loungers are situated below the main house. On this level, there is also a solarium where you can relax after a hard day sunbathing!
The house is fully modernised, extremely comfortable, and has lots of amenities. For example, there is a double bedroom on the same level as the swimming pool (the only one which converts into twin beds), an en-suite bathroom, and a shower.
In another external unit on the same level comes with air conditioning, another double bedroom and an en-suite shower bathroom.
The villa secludedly guarantees visitors complete privacy; however, it is only a short walking distance to shops and restaurants close to the liveliest areas of the coast, Amalfi and Positano. Access to the property is via 150 steps up from the nearest street.
Access is through the swimming pool area on the lower level, with ten steps leading to the middle level. The middle level crossing the lawn in front of the main house has the entrance to the right.
There is a small laundry corner to the left of the villa’s door. To the right, upon entering, is the dining room with French windows leading onto a small balcony. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen.
Staying on the middle level, there is a lounge with a TV. Two double bedrooms that share one bathroom, fully equipped with a shower and another ‘guest bathroom’ with just a toilet and sink.
There is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a jacuzzi tub on the top level. This bedroom opens onto a large shaded terrace with a fantastic view of the sea. An external stairway takes you from this terrace down to the lower level and lawn.
Air conditioning is available throughout the entire property.

The property owner/management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your breakage deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the breakage deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
