Cosmic Villas is pleased to provide this lovely home in the centre of Positano.
It was built in 1906 by Marquis Nino Marciano and is one of Positano's first art galleries.
Inside are numerous artworks and magnificent poems by the Marquis and his family.
A car is not required. However, it can be parked in the private garage (on the ground level, with space for 6 small cars or 4 medium/large automobiles) accessible from the main street.
The property can be reached through the garage, an elevator, or around 10 tiny stairs from the main street.
The plan of the villa: It is a three-story villa with various terraces, a swimming pool, and a Jacuzzi: the pool is rectangular in shape, 6,20 x 4,00 mt in size, and 0.30 to 1.60 metres deep.
Aside from that, the pool's interior is made up of mosaics, with the colour of the water changing based on the depth of the pool and the direction of the solar rays.
The Jacuzzi area features six seats with vents activated for the lumbar spine and vertebral column massage.
Aside from the whirlpool, the pool contains a drop-down water feature and the illumination of six 50W headlights.
The Villa terrace, which surrounds the swimming pool, is around 200 square metres and features a large table and chairs for 12, benches, sun seats, and umbrellas.
