The home includes three storeys, each with a view of the sea and Positano Bay.

Outdoor Area: The private swimming pool is 4 metres long, 10 metres wide, and 1.4 metres deep, with a breathtaking view of Positano and the sea.

The pool area includes tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers, outdoor showers, and a bar where you may enjoy an exquisite beverage.

A bathroom with a wash basin and a toilet is also available near the pool.

The season runs from the beginning of April until the end of October.

Middle Level (Entry Level): From the main floor, enter directly into the vast living room, adorned with stylish, sophisticated furnishings and author's artworks.

It has a vaulted ceiling and is furnished with sofas and armchairs.

There is also an imposing ancient fireplace.

This room has a satellite television with local channels, a DVD player, and a CD player.

The living room has an air conditioning/heating unit. It opens onto the first patio with a view of the sea and a magnificent view of Positano through three French doors.

The first terrace is 100 square metres and features tables, seats, sun umbrellas, and deck chairs; you can eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner here.

Relaxing on this balcony offers a lovely view of Positano's main beach, the coast, and the sea.

The dining room is on the same level.

The dining room ceiling is also high and vaulted, and you may enter the first terrace with a view of the sea and Positano through a French door from there.

The dining room also has air conditioning/heating.

You can access the kitchen from the corridor.

A four-burner gas cooker, a gas oven, a huge refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee maker, an American-style coffee maker, a toaster, and other small equipment complete the kitchen.

It has a queen-size bed, an air conditioning/heating unit in the bedroom, an en-suite bathroom with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower, and a hair dryer, but no window.

Only the bathroom has a window with a view of the sea.

SEVENTH LOWER LEVEL WITH EN-SUITE BATHROOM
Three interconnected rooms comprise the suite: a sleeping area, a sitting area, and a bathroom.

The seventh bedroom is a junior bedroom with a queen-size bed immediately connected to another junior bedroom with a queen-size bed to create a quadruple room.

This bedroom features an air conditioning/heating unit and a Juliet balcony with a sea view.

Mandatory Breakage
2500 EUR PER BOOKING:

It is paid to the owner twelve weeks before arrival by bank transfer, credit card, or cash.

The property owner/management will be responsible for holding and returning your breakage deposit. It shall have the right to deduct from the breakage deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property, any item in it, or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
