This meticulously restored mansion radiates charm while preserving an elegant, contemporary atmosphere. Traditional materials and architecture infuse warmth into each space, making you feel at ease.
The main entertaining space is in the fully equipped kitchen, where you can enjoy the company of friends and family while having all the comforts of home around you.
The kitchen is the heart of this home, whether you're gathered around a bottle of wine or creating a fantastic meal to enjoy al fresco on the terrace. There is a lovely lounge with comfortable sofas, ideal for putting your feet up!
The nine bedrooms are spacious and pleasant, ideal for a good night's rest. The bedrooms feel like secluded retreats, with architectural features in Pietra Serena stone and lovely valley and forest views.
Each room has a sleeping area as well as a stylish lounge. The decor is fresh and modern, with natural colours and Italian design features. The apartments, embellished with frescoes by artist Simone Boni representing the nine neighbourhoods of ancient Florence, retain the same romance and beauty as the rest of the house.
The garden is bright and open outside, with a tangle of walkways flowing around it. A big infinity pool is available for cooling down on hot summer days.
Surrounded by strawberry trees, rosemary, and jasmine, the only thing to do is put your feet up and read your favourite summer novel! There is a fantastic outdoor dining pergola and an expansive dining table that can seat twenty-two diners for those who like to dine al fresco.
There is no better place to appreciate the magnificent Italian countryside, soaking in the sun and admiring the picturesque surroundings, than this home, which exudes flair and charm from the inside out.
