It is difficult to imagine a more suitable site to stay for your vacation in the North of Italy than this apartment, which is tucked away in the lush greenery of the Alto Garda Bresciano Park and only 2 kilometres from the village of Gargnano.
The villa is a spacious, open-plan family property with lots of room for gatherings.
The house still has some of its elegant 1970s decors, but it also has all the contemporary conveniences, such as Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the bedrooms.
There is a sizable living area with cosy sofas gathered around a fireplace on the villa's bottom level, perfect for the colder months.
This room also has a long dining table for indoor eating and a pool table for playing billiards after supper.
The French doors and sizable windows open the garden and provide stunning lake views.
Six bedrooms are available to pick from when you want to turn in for the night.
Four rooms are on the first level, while the other two are on the ground floor.
Children should stay in the bedroom with two single beds.
When you step outside, you will be in a sizable, well-kept garden with grass, eating terraces and fragrant plants.
A garden is a terrific place to dine al fresco or unwind with a book by the private pool while admiring the breathtaking views of Lake Garda.
If you want to eat somewhere else, you can drive or walk two kilometres to the closest village, Gargnano.

The village, one of the prettiest on the lake, has been inhabited for over 1000 years.
As you stroll the area, many lovely churches may be found, including the magnificent San Francesco church, which was constructed in 1221.
Take a guided tour of the lovely lemon farms to discover more about the village's other claim to fame—lemons are grown there.
The village has stores and restaurants in addition to historic buildings; be sure to sample the regional seafood, lemon dishes, and capers!
If you go in September, you might get lucky and catch some of the Centomiglia International Regatta, a renowned sailing competition that leaves the village.
You are in an excellent location for a day of cycling or trekking through the local mountains and parkland if you want an exciting day out.
Water sports and paragliding are also close by and are great for thrill seekers. If all of this seems a little too exhausting, sign up for a boat tour, like the half-day tour of the middle lake that leaves Gargnano.
Drive to Verona, 80 km distant, if you'd want a day away from the lake. Its most well-known draws are Shakespearean landmarks in Verona, like Juliet's balcony and amazing performances at the open-air theatre.
