The home is perched on a slope with a view of the Cava d'Ispica, a vast natural canyon with significant historical buildings. The solarium, hot tub, and swimming pool are all located in the lovely terraced gardens of the property, and all provide breathtaking views. Take strolls and live slowly in a rustic setting while accessing modern conveniences.
The 1954-built villa was rebuilt and restored utilising wood and stone from the area. Its seven cosy bedrooms can house up to 16 guests (5 doubles, two triples). Each bedroom offers a TV, minibar, air conditioning, and private bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is connected to the dining area and lounge, with 43" LED TVs. Enjoy a panoramic view while dining outside in the shade.
For rides in the countryside, you can use the provided bicycles. The nearby city of Modica (10 km) is known for the Aztec-style chocolate that the Spanish brought there in the 16th century; as you wander the narrow alleys, try a delicacy made with chocolate and minced beef or more typical flavours. Pozzallo (16 km) and other southern coastal cities are within striking distance of you.
