In addition, the two living rooms now have satellite TV, and each wing has free Wi-Fi and access to a computer, printer, and printer.

The sun-filled swimming pool is encircled by rose hedges, sweet-smelling rosebushes, and terraced olive trees and is reached by winding steps through the magnificent grounds. Explore the various corners of the expansive grounds, learning about the outdoor gym and the charming play area while surrounded by the scents of rosemary, sage, and thyme.

Dahlias in bloom, summer hibiscus, and petunias lend a splash of colour to this lush setting. The pergola covered in jasmine is a dreamy spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of Tuscan wine in the evening.

Set out summer lunches by the BBQ or gather for al fresco dinners by the villa beneath the covered patio while kids play.

If you choose, the proprietors will arrange breakfast, groceries for your arrival, or a private chef for a portion of your stay. In addition, they can give you recommendations on the top wineries to visit, where to taste regional olive oils, and how to arrange guided tours of some of the charming adjacent towns and cities like Lucca, Pisa, and Florence.

The best of northern Tuscany may be found here, with charming towns like Collodi and Vinci, the sandy beaches of Viareggio, the Golfo dei Poeti, and the five historic seaside villages of Cinque Terre.

It will be difficult to leave this incredible Tuscan paradise, nevertheless, as you spend warm days by the swimming pool and gardens surrounded by the sound of birdsong and the aroma of citrus trees, oleander, and fragrant herbs.

Mandatory Breakage

It is paid to the owner twelve weeks before arrival by bank transfer, credit card, or cash.

The property owner/management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your breakage deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the breakage deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
