The mansion has been in the family for many generations, and its owners adore it. They frequently spend weekends tending to the organic olive orchards and vineyards in the estate's expansive grounds, much as their forebears did over the years.

Visitors can participate in the wine harvest in September and observe how the grapes are traditionally prepared. Then, they can go in October for the olive harvest, which is an intimate and authentic experience.

The main living quarters are located on the first floor and include a charming living room with a fireplace, a modern kitchen, and antique furniture that gives the space a distinctly Italian feel. Grandparents may find it convenient to stay on the self-contained level downstairs, which has its door and features a cosy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a cosy bedroom, and a bathroom.

This place has a strong sense of remoteness. View the vineyards and the sea while you lounge by the pool or prepare meals on the barbeque while sipping wine made on the property.

Being so close to the Adriatic's sandy beaches, you may stroll among the olive and fruit trees and take in the beautiful surroundings.

The distance to the nearby coastal town is so short by car, or the fittest may do the 30-minute walk down the hill to the water. It's a great area to spend some time; you can stroll through the old town and along the seafront, eat lunch at a seaside restaurant, or spend the day at the lido or on the sand beach.

Cyclists can continue on the path to Grottammare, another Adriatic treasure with stunning beaches and an elegant old town perched on a hill, known as one of Italy's prettiest villages.

Explore historical treasures like Ripatransone, Fermo, and Ascoli Piceno, savour delectable regional fare, taste top-notch wines from other nearby vineyards, or venture a bit farther away to explore the excellent hiking trails of the Sibillini Mountains. It is paid to the owner twelve weeks before arrival by bank transfer, credit card, or cash.

The property owner/management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your breakage deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the breakage deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
