Three-story home with eight bedrooms, four of which have en suite bathrooms, can accommodate 17 guests. In addition, the loft spaces of two first-floor bedrooms may easily house three more kids.
This house features two living rooms and a wine cellar, so living space is also abundant. Additionally, visitors can enjoy valuable time together by playing table tennis or relaxing by the outdoor pool.
You can have home-cooked meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen in the spacious dining area, or you can cook outside on the barbeque and eat out while taking in the breathtaking views of the Cortonesian Mountains and valley.
A vineyard, vegetable garden, and olive grove are located outside.
The villa is a historic home with numerous original elements like brick walls and timber-beamed ceilings to take you back in time. However, the casa also has all the modern conveniences required for a pleasurable and restful vacation. These include a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning in every bedroom.
The house is in a prime location for exploring several of Tuscany and Umbria's well-known villages and cities. The picturesque town of Cortona, around 30 minutes from the villa, is the place to go if you need any facilities, like pubs, restaurants, structures from the Renaissance era, and fascinating historical sites.
About an hour away and equally historically significant are Arezzo and Montepulciano. It is noteworthy because Montepulciano is home to some of Tuscany's most distinguished vineyards, producing renowned vino nobile wines.
Even though they are a little farther distant, Pienza and Perugia are both worthwhile trips (especially for any foodies). First, visit the Chocolate Museum and Factory in Perugia, and then travel to Pienza to sample the local pecorino cheese.
