This lovely home is situated in the picturesque Tuscan countryside, and Cosmic Villas is proud to offer it. This historic villa has been meticulously refurbished and decorated.
There is a sense of peace and calm throughout the villa and the lush gardens it sits inside because it is pleasantly nestled on a green hillside and is only flanked by trees. However, it's only a short drive to the town of Cortona, which has restaurants and a historical centre.
After a modest makeover, the three-story villa still maintains many original characteristics and features.
Up to 11 people can stay in the six bedrooms, with the single bedroom being the best option for a younger member of your group. In addition, opulent bedrooms with private bathrooms may be found on the lower ground floor. Whoever gets these bedrooms will also have the best access to the villa's fantastic gym and spa amenities.
The remaining bedrooms and living areas are where you can enjoy the villa's original elements. Terracotta-tiled flooring perfectly matches wooden beam ceilings and whitewashed walls, which create a relaxed and cosy ambience.
Doors in the living and dining area open directly to the yard and a lovely terrace with a kitchen and seating area outside. As a result, you can eat your meals at the fine dining room table or out in an attractive environment.
The swimming pool is located inside the lush and sprawling gardens, where you may relax while taking in views of the neighbouring hills.
Cortona, a nearby city, has all the amenities you might want, a warm ambience and a historical centre. Handmade goods and wine from the Montepulciano vineyards, which are reachable by car in under an hour, are sold in shops.
Perugia and Città di Castello are two ancient cities that may be reached in under an hour. Perugia is well-known for its chocolate and the neighbouring factory where you may try some of the goods, so those with a sweet tooth will particularly enjoy it!
Città di Castello is a destination for art enthusiasts, offering a wide variety of Renaissance artworks for viewing at churches and galleries.
The scenic Lake Trasimeno Regional Park is around a 30-minute drive away. Explore the park's stunningly picturesque natural surroundings and try to spot some of the diverse animals that call it home.
