Thanks to its breathtaking location, lake views are available from both inside and outside of the property. You have a sizable lawn to relax in and your own jetty and beach. With a lido and a lakeside park a short distance down the shore, this place offers unmatched tranquilly and leisure.

The villa's exceptionally roomy lodging is distributed across multiple levels, and its opulent rooms flaunt an astounding assortment of contemporary amenities.

The large living area on the ground level is perfect for spending nights with loved ones, so this is where you'll probably spend the majority of your time. Direct access leads to the main terrace, with a dining table and magnificent lake views for romantic outdoor meals.

There is also a spacious dining room, library, relaxation space, and balcony. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen has views of the lake.

On the lower ground floor, there are more excellent places. Playing pool, watching movies in the private cinema with a Blu-ray collection, and having beverages at the bar are things that people do for fun.

Following a workout in the gym, unwind in the pool and use the spa amenities, including a sauna and Turkish bath.

Nine peaceful bedrooms are available for you to choose from as the nights draw near. Two of the four on the first floor have en-suite bathrooms, each with a view of Lake Garda.

A wonderful family bathroom is also available. The remaining five bedrooms are all en-suites and on the second floor. This floor is great for kids because it has double and single beds.

A sizable tract of land surrounds the villa, with eating areas and gardens. For beautiful evenings, the main outdoor eating area with BBQ offers breathtaking views of the lake.

You can take in some of the most excellent views from the infinity pool and the convenience of the nearby sun loungers.

A private beach and jetty are outside your door, so boat rides and lakeside swimming are easily accessible. A lido with a bar, rentable sun loungers, and umbrellas is conveniently close by.

Parco Baia delle Sirene is also close by with its lovely gardens, beach, playground, and picnic area.

Mandatory Breakage
1000 GBP PER BOOKING:

It is paid to the owner twelve weeks before arrival by bank transfer, credit card, or cash.

The property owner/management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your breakage deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the breakage deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
