It is situated in the centre of Tuscany, about 45 kilometres south of Siena, and is conveniently close to the cities of Asciano and Chiusure, as well as its neighbourhood conveniences. Lush mountains, tranquil farmland, and quaint towns surround the estate.
You can travel approximately 35 kilometres southeast to Montepulciano to sample some of the finest red wines Italy offers, or you can journey an hour northwest to Siena's historic and famous city.
The five homes on the estate have whitewashed walls, modern, modest interiors, some with antique exposed beams, charming arches, patio doors, and many windows to take in the breathtaking views.
Outdoor patios are also offered with each villa option for lounging in the shade with a refreshing drink, dining al fresco, or just soaking up the sun.
Up to eight people can stay in the main house, which has two stories of living space, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a fantastic kitchen.
The smaller home has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a nice living area, and a kitchen, and it is perfect for a party of four to six people. Then two independent flats may accommodate two to three people, one on the first floor and one on the bottom. Finally, the first-floor apartment on its own is ideal for two visitors.
All guests have access to the extensive gardens and private pool, where there are plenty of quiet spots, sun terraces, and shady places to relax and unwind while reading a book or taking in the scenery while sipping coffee.
