This lovely farmhouse with lovely gardens and a floodlit pool is located on the slopes of Monte Pisano and is just a short distance from the ancient town of Lucca. It is proudly offered by Cosmic Villas.

You can feel the villa's history all about you since, in the 19th century, a famous engineer lived there. He built the first functional engine in his workshop on the grounds and continued his scientific research throughout the house.
Today, you're more likely to enjoy the luxury of practically daily maid service, work out in the fitness centre, and make use of the on-site chef who can make you breakfast, lunch, or dinner while still understanding the historical significance of this lovely home.
