The location of this exquisite property is so romantically lovely that it was recently used as the backdrop for a James Bond film.
The environment all around, including the views of the Tuscan coastline, is truly stunning, with the pure blue water and azure skies striking the perfect contrast with the lush green countryside and charming harbours and fishing villages scattered throughout.
Once you've recovered from the breathtaking views of the Argentario, Giglio, and Montecristo Islands, you can appreciate the villa's interior, which is reached through a private drive.
A small dining area with a fireplace, a table, and chairs is located on the right side of the entrance, from where you can reach two of the villa's magnificent double bedrooms and bathrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom.
A fully equipped kitchen and a second double bedroom with an en suite bathroom are on the left side of the entrance corridor.
Steps take you to the villa's first floor, where a bright lounge with stunning views and air conditioning is located. A living area with couches, armchairs, a satellite TV, a DVD player, and a fireplace is at one end of the space, and a dining area with chairs and a small kitchenette is at the other.
This charming room opens onto a terrace with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and sun loungers. It is a stunning location for relaxing or enjoying an outdoor meal while taking in the breathtaking sea views that stretch as far as the Tuscan islands of Giglio and Montecristo on the horizon.
The ancient watchtower, located in another part of the villa and is accessible by a narrow staircase from the modest ground-floor dining area, has a distinctive double bedroom with a fireplace and, on the level above, a dressing area and a bathroom with a shower. A small terrace at the top of the tower can be reached from here.
An excellent annexe (guest house) close to the main villa includes two more double bedrooms, each with its ensuite toilet, shower, and a sitting area that is entirely air-conditioned.
The villa has a lot of space for relaxing. The panoramic terrace is a lovely site, and steps lead to a lower terrace area with a swimming pool (6m x 4m) and a wooden sun deck.
Eating outside and having a BBQ while enjoying the stunning sunset is delightful. The property has a private walkway that descends to a platform-rocky beach that it shares with another family villa. In addition, there is a second sun deck with breathtaking sea views from all directions.
The countryside is rich in flora and fauna, and the renowned national park of the Maremma is nearby and can be explored on foot, horseback, and on bikes. The area is a well-known playground for the wealthy and famous, with beautiful yachts moored in the harbours next to traditional fishing boats.
Several stores and amenities are just over 1 kilometre away in the town of Fonteblanda. In addition, there are a lot of interesting towns to visit nearby that are easy to get to by car, along with many lovely beaches along the coast.
