You can also rent the beautiful spa room on the lower ground floor. This is a fantastic addition to the property, with a steam room, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, and relaxation spaces. It is the ideal location to unwind and recharge after a long day of sightseeing.

Country views surround the garden. From the gardens, you can even view Mount Titano in nearby San Marino. The beautiful fenced gardens feature lush foliage, dining areas, and a large private pool. Outside canopy beds, hanging Egg chairs, and plenty of small spaces to read a book in the sun.

When you need supplies or a bite to eat, the next village is only 2 kilometres away. San Marino has many more stores, cafes, and restaurants, which is only a 10-kilometre drive from the property and is convenient to have so close.

San Marino is not part of Italy and is a little sovereign country. So you can visit two countries on one vacation and learn about their cuisines and customs! Also, because there is no passport or border check, getting to San Marino is as straightforward as driving into another city.

There is plenty to see and do in San Marino. This fascinating historical site is the world's oldest republic. It has been settled since around 300 AD. Discover its exciting history at the majestic hilltop castle, which houses a museum and exhibitions.

The property is also well-located for exploring more Le Marche and Emilia Romagna regions. Rimini and Riccione, for example, are less than 30 kilometres distant by vehicle and provide a variety of beaches, shops, restaurants, historical sights, and a vibrant nightlife.

1000 GBP PER BOOKING:

It is paid to the owner twelve weeks before arrival by bank transfer, credit card, or cash.

The property owner/management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your breakage deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the breakage deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
