Cosmic Villas is glad to present an excellent base for a stay in Puglia, Italy's boot heel. This massive, modern villa is on the coast, facing the Adriatic Sea. It is near stores, cafes, and beautiful beaches.
The home offers plenty of space and can sleep up to ten people in its five well-appointed bedrooms spread across three floors. The master bedroom is on the first floor and features an en-suite bathroom and a roof balcony with spectacular sea views.
There are two large, open-plan living areas, each with its kitchen, dining area, and comfortable sofas. One of these living areas is placed on the lower ground floor, along with two bedrooms, making this home suitable for two families or parties travelling together because it provides seclusion when needed.
The substantial living areas are ideal for socialising in the evenings while watching a movie or playing a board game. If you have older children, they can happily utilise one of the living rooms as their place, leaving you to relax with a glass of local wine.
The yard, which has a private pool, covered dining deck, and pleasant resting areas, also provides lovely sea views. The garden is filled with lavender and fragrant herbs that emit a sweet scent in the early evening, contributing to the ambience of this beautiful location.
Two beautiful beaches are within walking distance of the house, and various stores and restaurants are sprinkled along the coastline, just a short drive away. In addition to these nearby beaches and services, there are over a dozen more beaches and coves!
There are also several villages and towns nearby and further afield; the closest town is Monopoli, which contains ancient buildings, shops, and a gorgeous harbour.
The lovely white-washed village of Ostuni is also nearby. It can be reached in 30 minutes by vehicle, as are the larger cities of Lecce and Bari, which are just over an hour away.
