The magnificence of the landscape is immediately apparent as you exit the country road for the first time. Tall cypress trees and colourful rose bushes are perfectly spaced along the clean driveway, which leads up through the gates to a magnificent wisteria-covered parking area.
The planted grounds lead you down to an inviting, big pool area, and the views sweep over vineyards to the towers of San Gimignano in the distance. It's a beautiful spot to unwind and appreciate rural Tuscany in comfort.
The housing is spread out over three stone structures and is impressive in scale. The primary residence is an actual mediaeval watchtower, with a long dining table for 26, the best equipped and largest kitchen, and seven spacious bedrooms, each with its bathroom.
Across the lawn is a similarly well-appointed second smaller cottage for six people, ideal for a family or young adults who value their little kitchen and living area.
The self-contained cottage is suitable for individuals who wish to avoid steps and has been thoughtfully renovated for wheelchair access.
