The main home and an adjacent cottage can accommodate 12 guests in magnificent settings. This 600-year-old house was recently refurbished while retaining period characteristics and character. Your group can eat together in the excellent dining room, play games in the games area, and then retire to the tranquilly of the magnificent bedrooms.

There are six bedrooms in the main home and one in the cottage, providing plenty of space for a memorable family vacation or a trip with friends. All modern comforts, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all bedrooms, and smart TVs, will make your stay even more comfortable.

The property is set amid expansive, landscaped, fenced gardens for additional security. Swim in the L-shaped infinity pool or relax among the olive trees with the scent of lavender. There are several spots to eat outdoors in the garden and a Weber grill for cooking a nice supper.

The home is located within the grounds of a large country golf estate, so there is much to do right on your doorstep. There are 500 hectares of grounds to explore, with walking and cycling paths, outstanding golfing facilities, and a fantastic restaurant.

Suppose you need to go shopping or grab a bite to eat. In that case, there are a variety of stores, cafés, and even vineyards within a 5km radius of the villa, sprinkled across the neighbouring hills.

There are also many villages and towns to visit nearby, such as Umbertide, which is 16 kilometres away. This old town features stores, restaurants, spectacular architecture, and lovely piazzas that are pleasant to walk around.

There is a museum and gallery in town and an intriguing octagonal church, which is just over 15 minutes away by car.

Perugia, Umbria's capital, is also only 20 kilometres distant, close enough to visit multiple times if desired.

Visit the walled city to see Gothic palaces, beautiful churches, museums, and attractive cobblestone lanes lined with artisan shops and restaurants.

It is also feasible to explore the beaches of Lago Trasimeno, which are 25 kilometres distant, and the beautiful city of Siena, which is 110 kilometres away.

It is paid to the owner twelve weeks before arrival by bank transfer, credit card, or cash.

The property owner/management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your breakage deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the breakage deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
