The villa comprises two residences 50 metres apart and shares a large yard. It is excellent for two families or couples travelling together because there is plenty of space for privacy when needed. Still, you can join together over meals or beverages and make precious memories.

Both houses were built recently, yet they have the charm of an old farmhouse thanks to clever design and local materials. The primary residence is organised around a bright, open living area leading into a modern kitchen. Guests have access to two double bedrooms, one on the lower floor.

The second unit is magnificent, with a fully-equipped kitchen, huge living and dining space, and two bedrooms, one with bunk beds, making it ideal for families travelling with children. Both residences include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and TVs with streaming services to make your stay even more comfortable.

The property is in a peaceful alpine landscape with only a few other residences scattered around the hills nearby. Take in the breathtaking views from the garden, which features 10,000 square metres of groomed grounds with lawns, olive trees, covered dining verandas, and an inviting private pool.

Despite its rural location, the nearest stores and eateries are only a short distance away. There are several restaurants and a supermarket in the nearby village, which is only 4 kilometres away.

Marinella beach, with its pure sea and white sand, is only 6 kilometres away by car if you want to go to the coast! Marinella is another beach hamlet with some excellent restaurants near the marina.

The home is in an exceptional location, surrounded by beautiful countryside but only a short distance from many famous Costa Smeralda villages, cities, and beaches.

Porto Rotondo is a must-see, which is 8 kilometres away and is considered one of Sardinia's most beautiful and upmarket cities.

In the lovely town, there are numerous fine-dining restaurants and bars, as well as boutique shops and a beautiful shoreline. There are also boat tours and diving trips that leave from the harbour.

On day trips, there are many additional locations to visit, such as Golfo Aranci, a colourful community 12 kilometres from the house where you can see dolphins and eat traditional island cuisine.

Palau, 40 kilometres away, offers boat tours to the breathtaking La Maddalena island. Or, for a day in the city, why not go to Olbia, which is only 12 kilometres away?

It is paid to the owner twelve weeks before arrival by bank transfer, credit card, or cash.

The property owner/management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your breakage deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the breakage deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
