The villa appears to be a wonderfully maintained old residence from the exterior. Still, once inside, you will be in contemporary, boutique-style surroundings.
The owners of this house have done an excellent job of preserving the home's old appeal by caring for the exteriors and preserving attractive characteristics such as exposed brick walls on the inside.
Aside from that, the villa has been completely changed into an enchanting place to stay, complete with an open-plan living space and kitchen that serves as the heart of the home.
The six light and spacious bedrooms are divided across two stories and are all en-suite. Two of these rooms are suites with additional sofa beds, one has its own tiny kitchen, and the other has a unique stone bath that is ideal for relaxing with a drink of local wine. Go out on the first-floor roof terraces to take in the breathtaking views of the rolling hills!
Polignano a Mare, a gorgeous beach village, is only 6 kilometres away from home. In addition, Cala Porto beach, the most photographed place on the entire Bari coast, is here!
This pebble beach is nestled between steep cliffs that draw the eye to the beautiful water; it also has a Blue Flag designation and is perfect for families.
Aside from the magnificent beaches, Polignano a Mare is a beautiful town so close to the villa because it has everything you need, including historic buildings, museums, galleries, caves, and a diverse range of stores and stores restaurants.
Another exciting destination is nearby Monopoli, which is 14 kilometres from the estate and less popular with tourists than Polignano a Mare but should not be neglected.
This prosperous port town was founded by the ancient Greeks and has experienced a lengthy history of conquest and occupation, leaving it with an intriguing blend of architecture.
Visit the 16th-century Castello Carlo V and the stunning Cattedrale Maria Santissima della Madia, one of Italy's oldest cathedrals. Monopoli also offers some fantastic beaches and restaurants.
Suppose you want to go on a day trip. Why not visit the Trulli hamlet of Alberobello, which is 24 kilometres distant, or the incredible Grotte di Castellana cave systems, which are only 12 kilometres from the villa?
