This lovely villa is technically brand new, but it has been meticulously built in this classic design to blend in with the surroundings. The house is surrounded by hundreds of years old olive trees, brilliant red earth, and local plant life.
As you enter the house, the classic exterior gives way to elegant, contemporary interiors designed in soothing tones and equipped with high-quality furnishings.
On the ground floor, there is a comfy living room with a sofa and TV for quiet nights in and a magnificent green feature kitchen that opens out to the covered al-fresco dining area where your group can sink into an Italian feast and talk the night away.
When you need to rest after a long day of sightseeing, there are 7 guestrooms available on the ground and lower ground floors.
The rooms have all been furnished in a bright, neutral palette with small bursts of colour that continue into the en-suites. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and one even offers a relaxing freestanding bath.
With the Mediterranean climate, you'll want to use the outdoor space, a fantastic feature.
Enjoy the 2 hectares of landscaped grounds, which include a dining area, outdoor kitchen, comfortable sitting, and, of course, the infinity pool with hydromassage feature and incredible views!
If you need to get groceries or go out to eat, the nearest hamlet with shops, cafes, and restaurants is only a 1.5-kilometre walk away.
Visit Acquaviva di Marittima, a beautiful bay surrounded by rough rocks, wildflowers, and clean water for swimming and snorkelling. Then, head inland to the hamlet, where you can explore the historic convent, stroll through the park and meandering alleyways, and dine at a typical trattoria.
Several larger towns within easy reach of the villa, including Castro, a must-see coastal destination renowned as the "jewel of the Salento" only 5km away, and Tricase, which is 8.5km away, offers a plethora of ancient sights to view.
