Cosmic Villas is proud to present this one-of-a-kind gem of late Baroque construction near the charming mediaeval town of Asolo. A historical Venetian villa that exudes elegance, grace, and history.

Set in the rolling, luxuriant hills of Northern Italy, the villa has a truly stunning setting, with views of the Euganean Hills and even Venice in the distance on sunny days.

The majestic garden entrance and expansive grounds are surrounded by a historic stone wall at the end of the meandering lane approach. The main entrance is reached via a flower-lined avenue.

The interior is utterly unique as you pass across the threshold. Each room is a timeless work of art, combining the character of traditional, classical décor with the comfort of modern updates.

The main structure has four living areas, two on the ground floor, a smaller one and a big drawing room on the second storey.

The lounges are gorgeous, with stunning décor that includes curtains, panels, beams, and stuccos to create a thoroughly exquisite yet comfortable atmosphere. Despite the classical style, numerous modern accents exist throughout, like Wi-Fi.

The magnificent dining room, beside the two ground-floor living rooms, provides an elegant setting for supper with the entire company. The kitchen, located on the ground floor, has a more traditional feel, with a large fireplace and wooden furniture.

Two of the seven bedrooms are on the first floor, up the first staircase, near the large living room. Both have double beds, lounging areas, painted ceiling beams, and exquisite stuccos above the bed.

The second level houses the remaining five bedrooms, including a master suite with numerous fully-stocked bookcases for reading pleasure, armchairs, classical decor, and a sumptuous French-style king-size bed in the centre.

More intriguing tiles and patterns may be seen in the en-suite. The main building bedrooms are completed by two more single bedrooms, one double bedroom, and one twin room.

Another two individuals can be accommodated in a separate unit. It features a living area, kitchenette, bedroom with king-size bed, and bathroom, making it ideal for those seeking more privacy.

The external facilities are as detailed and gorgeous as the interior, matching the home's grandeur. The beautiful wire gates welcome you into a vibrant garden. A hillside road and stone steps lead up to the lovely private pool, flanked by a changing room with shower and toilet facilities. With dimensions of 16m x 8m, there are plenty of areas for everyone to join in on the fun or take some morning laps before an al fresco breakfast on the terrace!

You may ultimately lose yourself among the olive trees and rose bushes dotted with flowers, avenues, and statues. Dine under the stars at a traditional stone table, or drink a glass of local prosecco on one of the many terraces furnished with various beautiful chairs and sofas.

Despite its unique hillside location, the house is only a stone's throw from the centre of Asolo and in a lovely section of Italy for experiencing all types of food, music, and history. Asolo dates back to the Middle Ages and is filled with artisan stores offering local products, restaurants, and trattorias serving delectable local produce.

The Rocca stronghold dates from the 12th century and is not to be missed, with views of the great Dolomites range!

Vicenzo, Treviso, and Venice are all within an hour's drive. The UNESCO-listed theatre is the primary attraction of Vicenza, and the famed Venice is a great day trip.

Spend time walking through the boutique-lined alleyways, seeing St. Mark's Square, and taking a canal-boat ride.

Visit Lake Garda or the Dolomites National Park to discover more of the region's incredible natural splendour.

It is paid to the owner twelve weeks before arrival by bank transfer, credit card, or cash.

The property owner/management will take over full responsibility for holding and returning your breakage deposit and shall have the right to deduct from the breakage deposit charges for any damage/loss to the property or any item in it or on its premises that you or any member of your party causes.
