Cosmic Villas is pleased to showcase this lovely home in a wonderfully gorgeous setting, deep within the Ligurian green hills behind the famed Cinque Terre.
Close to the edge of Tuscany, with breathtaking views across the lush and dramatic landscape, the villa provides a true escape from it all, with complete privacy and solitude. It's the ideal spot to unwind and rest after a day of walking or riding around the lovely surroundings.
The views from the expansive outdoor space are genuinely stunning, with nothing but trees and hills for miles on end. But it's also simple to go out for an evening dinner, as the nearest restaurant is only a 10-minute drive away.
The first house can sleep up to six people in three double bedrooms. There are also three lovely bathrooms available. The open-plan living/dining/kitchen space on the ground floor is ideal for socializing and unwinding after a long day touring the neighbourhood.
The second house can sleep up to ten people in five double bedrooms, including a couch bed. There are three bathrooms, so there is no arguing about who gets to go in first in the morning! As dinner cooks, spend evenings chatting and watching television in the bright, airy living/dining/kitchen space.
With many seating and dining places available, there is plenty of space to relax, take in the views, and dine al fresco outside. The most appealing is a pergola-shaded space with plenty of seating and a built-in BBQ. In addition, the gardens have a vast, private swimming pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
Drive 35 kilometres to seaside Levanto or a little further to the Cinque Terre resort of Monterosso al Mare for a day at the beach. Levanto is also an excellent starting point for touring the five Cinque Terre seaside villages by train or on foot.
Alternatively, you can take the train from the medieval town of La Spezia. The Cinque Terre are five ruggedly gorgeous villages with colourful buildings that charm with their authentic, fishing-community character.
