As you approach the majestic mansion down the lime tree-lined driveway, you will be struck by the magnitude and beauty of this one-of-a-kind home and the serenity of the gardens and grounds.
This historic home can accommodate up to 26 guests throughout the main villa and the annexe, making it ideal for large family gatherings or special celebrations.
The stunning home was created in the 1800s in the Florentine Renaissance style by renowned architect Arpesani. When you enter the hallway, you will see towering ceilings, marble floors and ceilings, and original artworks and antiques.
The hall covers the length of the house. It leads to a series of magnificent rooms, including living areas, a fitted kitchen, a wood-panelled dining area, and smaller, snug sitting places.
Original fireplaces, frescoes, tapestries, marble columns, and magnificent in-keeping furniture can be seen throughout the estate.
In addition to the original elements, you will be pleased to learn that the property has all the modern amenities required, such as Wi-Fi and TVs.
The sleeping quarters are upstairs and in the annexe, providing a whopping 13 bedrooms for your party to unwind. In addition, there are some suites and en-suite rooms among the bedrooms, and each has been beautifully furnished.
Of course, the stunning parks and gardens of Villa Luce are among the highlights. In addition, the expansive lawns and eating spaces are ideal for hosting parties or simply spending time together in the evening light.
The enormous U-shaped pool is a fantastic asset to the property during the summer months. It even has an island for sunbathing!
There is also a children's sandpit and play equipment near the pool, so there is something for everyone in this fantastic garden.
The home is near a village with cafes, small stores, and a chemist. A larger town with a store and a variety of eateries is about 1.5 kilometres away.
